Outing Club Constitution

This organization hopes to teach students about the natural resources that surround us here in Vermont. To act as an outlet for the stresses that build from campus living. To provide an instructional period at every meeting were students learn about outdoor recreation and interaction with the environment around them. To provide a place where students work together for a common goal and share in responsibility. To provide a social atmosphere were students are able to harmonize without the use of heavy substances. To interact with many other outing clubs from different colleges. Provide inexpensive activities every weekend for the student body with adventure, exploring, hiking, canoeing/kayaking, camping, rock climbing, skiing/boarding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, white water rafting, & many other activities!

C.S.C Outing Club Objectives:

To provide many new and different explorations to many students as possible. To keep membership open to anyone to join at any time. To Provide equipment to students that would ordinarily go on outings but do not have enough or proper equipment. Provide demonstrations by reputable speakers in the field. Plan trips with other Outing Clubs and provide fun for all those involved.
