Supervision/Evaluation Study Group
Course Overview and Objectives:
This study group will focus on improving skills for supervision and evaluation. We will examine conditions that undermine learning in schools and ways to deal with the challenges they present to principals/supervisors.
Goal
Administrators will feel better equipped to confront factors that may impede student success in their schools as well as to support teachers in working as a PLC towards an agreed upon collective commitment.
Objectives:
1. Group will examine and share written supervision and evaluation strategies.
2. Group will examine and share ways to respond to behaviors that undermine learning.
