CHANGE INITIATIVE
Creating, Honoring, Advocating and Nurturing Gender Equity
CHANGE was founded at Castleton to promote gender equity through the elimination of sexual assault, sexual harrassment and homophobia.
The CHANGE Initiative will acheive the following:
- Implement new community education and prevention programs designed to
change the culture
- Recommend changes to current policies and programs such as Soundings and
First Year Seminar
- Evaluate current and future programs with a focus on measuring cultural change
