Think about enrolling directly at universities in English-speaking lands, such as Canada, England, Ireland Scotland, Wales, Australia, Hong Kong, India or South Africa.

Another option is to enroll in particular programs that are taught in English at universities in non-English speaking countries. For an example of how many of these there are, go to the International Student Exchange Program (ISEP) web site and see all their international members.

This option is feasible only for advanced students with strong GPAs. When you do this, you will have access to university housing and live with nationals either form the host country or from countries other than the US.
