Job Description: Customer Service Telephone Operator/Dispatcher: First point of contact processing incoming calls for clients of Advanced Answering Center. The importance of these calls range from emergency situations to routine business matters. This is a moderate to high stress position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Answers phone calls, take messages and/or provides information to callers and clients by following written instructions. • Relays messages to clients of Advanced Answering Center in a professional manner • Supports company goals in your actions and words • Works with other employees in a team environment under the direction of the Shift Leader • Adheres to the operational policies and procedures as outlined by the organization • Ensures and maintains confidentiality • Represents Advanced Answering Center in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others Minimum Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required and must be 18 years of age • Customer Service experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
