Congratulations on your acceptance to Castleton! We hope you choose to become a part of the Spartan family. If you have any questions in your journey to Castleton, please feel free to contact us. Below is a bit of information most students want to know about the timeline from after acceptance to enrollment:

Connect with us: We’d love to help you along the way, so please contact us with any questions. We can also get you in contact with people you might have questions for, such as faculty and current students. Don’t hesitate to ask.

Visit campus: Visiting is the best way to see Castleton first-hand. There are many options, from individualized visits to Open Houses. In late February, you will receive a special invitation to our Accepted Student Days which take place in the months of March and April each year. We look forward to welcoming you on campus!

I am coming - What do I do now?

Enrollment Deposit: When you decide to enroll, you will need to submit an enrollment deposit and the candidate reply form to solidify your space in the incoming class. Information regarding your deposit and deadline can be found in your acceptance package. You can also submit your deposit on your student portal.

What happens after I deposit?

Your enrollment deposit will trigger subsequent enrollment information to go out to you, such as:

Registration information: Detailed information is emailed in mid-May to incoming fall semester students; fall registration sessions take place on campus in June and July. Information is emailed in the fall to incoming spring semester students; spring registration sessions take place on campus in December and January.

Housing information: Housing and meal contracts are emailed to incoming students at the same time as registration information. Housing assignments for incoming students are sent in August for new incoming fall semester students.
