Castleton continues to roll in NAC, 2-0 over Bay Path

Longmeadow, MA –Micole Bellimer has stretched her conference shut-out streak to 225 minutes with a 2-0 win at Bay Path. The sophomore goalie stopped a pair of shots to earn her second shut-out in as many days.

Senior Stefanie Reuter converted on classmate Tracy Stala's assist in the 76th minute to give Castleton the final two-goal margin.

Bay Path's Samantha Gunseth stopped 10 shots in the loss. Castleton improves to 4-2 overall and 3-0 in NAC play. The Spartans have not been scored upon in the three conference wins. The team is back in action on Wednesday, September 19 when they travel to Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts for a 4:00 pm non-conference game. [Box Score]
