#3 Castleton Falls in Quarterfinal Round
(October 28, 2007) - Castleton, VT-The third-seeded Castleton North Atlantic ConferenceState College women’s soccer team fell in a penalty-kick shoot-out to sixth-seeded Bay Path College. With the game knotted at 1-1 after 110 minutes of play, the teams advanced to the shoot-out round. Both teams made four out of five attempts, forcing a golden goal scenario. (Full Article)
#3 Castleton to Host #6 Bay Path in NAC Quarterfinal
(October 24, 2007) - With an overall record of 13-3-1 including a North Atlantic Conference9-0-1 conference mark, the University of Maine Farmington will enter the upcoming North Atlantic Conference Women's Soccer Tournament as the top seed, when tournament play begins this Saturday, October 27. Castleton earned the third seed with a 8-1-1 record in conference play and will meet sixth seed Bay Path (7- 8-2 overall, 3-5-2 NAC) on Saturday. (Full Article)
