Castleton evens record at 1-1 with 7-2 win over Green Mountain

Rutland, VT-After rain forced the matches to Rutland and the indoor facilities at Grand Slam Tennis, Castleton won all but two singles matches and swept the doubles matches to earn a 7-2 victory.

The Spartans won all but #1 and #6 singles enroute to their first win of the season. The team takes the 1-1 record into their next match, Sunday, September 10 at Lyndon State College at 1:00 PM. Green Mountain falls to 1-0 and is back in action Sunday as well, traveling to Johnson State College for a 1:00 PM match. [Complete Results]
