Kickboxing with Jennifer Turchi is a high-intensity workout that can help you burn calories fast! A cardiovascular workout consisting of jabs, hooks, uppercuts, and kicks designed to get you on your way to a leaner body and a healthier state of mind. No equipment is used and gloves are not required. It is a Martial Arts inspired full body workout that will help you unleash your inner warrior!
Classes begin on Tuesday, September 5 and will continue until Friday, December 15. There will be no classes during university breaks.
Castleton students/employees (bring your ID) = $2.00 fee per class Community members = $5.00 fee per class.
