Yoga with Tammy Brown: With mindful movement you will be led into yoga poses in a way that works for your body. While holding the poses, we practice breathing exercises, and mindfulness skills to develop and deepen the experience of body awareness. Class will leave the participant both relaxed and at the same time energized; leading to a state of contentment and wellbeing. Please bring your own mat.

Classes begin on Monday, January 23 and will continue until Friday, May 5. There will be no classes during university breaks.

Castleton students/employees (bring your ID) = $1.00 fee per class Community members = $5.00 fee per class.
