Yoga with Stephanie Jones is a branch of yoga specifically focused on enhancing health and wellness at all levels: physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Connecting all parts of our well-being through movement, focus, and mindfulness to establish balance.
Classes begin on Tuesday, September 5 and will continue until Friday, December 15. There will be no classes during University breaks.
Castleton students/employees (bring your ID) = $2.00 fee per class Community members = $5.00 fee per class.
