Store Policy

Merchandise Returns:

 

- All returns must be accompanied by a College Store receipt indicating the method of payment ( cash, check, credit card, student voucher or charge to an outside agency) on the original purchase.
- All refunds on credit card purchases will be credited back to the credit card originally charged.

- Refunds will be made up to thirty (30) days from the date purchased.

- Merchandise must be in new, saleable condition as determined by store personnel.

 
 
 
   

Exchanges:

 

- Only new, saleable merchandise will be accepted for exchange
- Returned item must be a currently stocked item at the time of exchange

 
   

Clearance Items:

 

- Same rules apply under merchandise returns above.

   

Defective Returns:

 

- Full return or exchange allowed within 30 days from purchase. Applies to all merchandise EXCEPT textbooks.
- Defective textbooks may be exchanged during the semester they were purchased for a complete copy. Refund will NOT be made.

 

Terms of Sale:  

 

- Books are generally available prior to the start of class for students to purchase- please contact store for specific availability of textbooks.

 

-Fall & Spring Terms: books sold up until last month of class.
-Summer Term: books sold first week of class.

Return Policy on Textbooks:

 

- Receipts required on new/used books- No exceptions!
- Return time limit (Fall & Spring Terms) one week from receipt date
(Summer Sessions) two days from class start
- Books returned must be clean and complete with no writing on them.
-"Shrink-wrap" books must be unopened. Wrap must not be broken.
- Textbook purchases made after drop/add deadline ( end date for drop/add full semester course without fee) are final sale- no returns permitted.
