Perkins-Belcher-Ettori House, 1867 Built for Joseph Perkins, one of the other founders of the medical college. The only Italianate house in the area. Note the similarity between the porch on this house and the one added to the Langdon-Lamy house four doors to the east. Barn in back, reputedly built in 1799, may be the only pre-1800 frame structure in town.
