Administration and Staff Positions Head Women’s Ice Hockey Coach - Castleton State College is seeking applications for the position of Head Women’s Ice Hockey Coach to coach the varsity sport of Women’s Ice Hockey at the college under the guidelines established by the NCAA and the ECAC including: recruiting student athletes, establishing practice schedules and holding practice sessions, scouting of opponents games, preparing for and coaching during games. Additional responsibilities include head coach of another varsity sport to be assigned and assist within the Athletics and Recreation Department as needed. Bachelor’s degree in sports administration, recreation, physical education, recreation, or other appropriate discipline with a master’s degree desirable, plus two to four years relevant experience in recreations/athletics/coaching, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. This is a full-time position and is included in the VSC-UP PAT Bargaining Unit. The salary for this position is within the VSC Grade 12 salary range, plus an excellent benefit package.
