Library Instruction

Request Form

Use this form to request an instruction session with a librarian. We will confirm by phone or email. Please make your request at least a week in advance whenever possible.

Also, please consider discussing the project involving library research with an instruction librarian before you assign it. We would be happy to provide input.

If you are planning to bring your class to the library by yourself and are not requesting instruction from a librarian, please let us know your plans, but you do not need to fill out this form.
