Through an examination of reflective practices, teachers and school leaders can practically apply concepts of building relationships to teaching, learning, K-12 leadership, and higher education leadership while working entirely or partially online. Through an exploration of practical learning tools for relationship building, leaders and teachers will discuss, reflect, and refine methods and techniques to directly apply new learning into the real-world situations in which the student currently works.
Audience: Any Educator, Leaders K-12+, Higher Ed Leaders
Throughout this four (4) week course, students will be introduced to several methods and techniques of building relationships in the online/digital world through personalized coaching between instructor and student. Using real-life practices and current methods of online delivery, students will reflect on their current practices and refine what methods and techniques will work best for the online learning world and, most importantly, will develop a Plan of Action.
