iPads, Universal Design for Learning and Special Education is intended to provide educators with the technological skills necessary to employ iPads in a class that fosters learning for all students. iPads are a powerful teaching and learning tool that naturally differentiate learning. We will learn how to set them up, change settings to meet classroom/student needs, and how to find resources and apps. The culminating experience of this course will be to create a lesson that enhances learning and accessibility for students. iPads, Universal Design for Learning and Special Education is another course in a series of iPads in the Classroom courses that is intended to provide educators with further expertise on using the iPad to facilitate learning for students that will engage and inspire them. This course focuses on exploring iPad Accessibility features and UDL methods to meet the needs of all students.
