Building Strength Through Wellness: Recharging During COVID

This is a free conference open to the public. Sponsored by the Castleton University Center for Social Justice and Trauma Informed Care, United Way of Rutland County, and Middlebury College Center for Community Engagement. 

Join us for two days of connection and discussion about trauma, chronic stress, emotional awareness and more. 

Wednesday's events will feature a panel on Vicarious Trauma as well as wellness events and a keynote presentation by Jennifer Sell-Knapp. Attendees will engage in breakout and listening sessions after the keynote to discuss and interpret their responses to the presentation. 

Thursday's activities feature a variety of workshops ranging from trauma work and self-care, using art as a means to process stress and trauma, military post-traumatic stress, and emotional awareness.
