Yoga with Stephanie Jones is a branch of yoga specifically focused on enhancing health and wellness at all levels: physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Connecting all parts of our wellbeing through movement, focus, and mindfulness to establish balance. 

Classes begin on Monday, September 10 and will continue until Friday, December 14. There will be no classes during University breaks.

Castleton students/employees (bring your ID) = $2.00 fee per class Community members = $5.00 fee per class.
