Yoga with Stephanie Jones is a mix of invigorating, exploratory, and restful. Each class is guided by intention – often taken from yogic philosophy – that frames the day’s practice. Classes are moderate in level, allowing experienced practitioners to delve more deeply while beginners can start by simply focusing on foundations. Stephanie’s practices are eclectic, and vary widely from class to class, so students can explore many ways of being in their bodies, minds, and spirits.
Cost is $2 for Castleton students and employees, and $5 for community members (per class).
