Yoga with Tammy Brown shows how through mindful movement you will be led into yoga poses in a way that works for your body. While holding the poses, you practice breathing exercises, and mindfulness skills to develop and deepen the experience of body awareness. Class will leave the participant both relaxed and at the same time energized; leading to a state of contentment and wellbeing. Please bring your own mat.
Cost is $2 for Castleton students and employees, and $5 for community members (per class).
Please note: This event will not be held during University breaks.
