DESCRIPTION:Growing up in a tough West end neighborhood of Atlanta, to a single mother of five was where Ms. Pat began life. By the time she was 14, Ms. Pat knew she wasn&rsquot going to college and started to have children of her own. From there she became a drug dealer and was arrested multiple times and shot twice. At 19 years old, she met her husband, a military vet, who showed her a way out. Ms. Pat began to build up her family, including her sister&rsquos four young children, and realized she had a knack for telling funny stories. It was at that time that her comedy career began.
