DESCRIPTION:The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee invites all Castleton students, faculty, and staff to this two part DEI seminar sponsored by the Deans&rsquo Lecture Series. Our host will be Nikki A. Fuller, Esq., SHRM-SCP, a diversity and inclusion professional and leader with 25 years of experience and training in Vermont.
 In the first event, participants will explore how our cultural identities through socialization often dictate how we perceive and interact with others. We will evaluate and discuss what diversity means historically and where we are now.&nbsp
