DESCRIPTION:The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee invites all Castleton students, faculty, and staff to this two part DEI seminar sponsored by the Deans&rsquo Lecture Series. Our host will be Nikki A. Fuller, Esq., SHRM-SCP, a diversity and inclusion professional and leader with 25 years of experience and training in Vermont.
 In the second event, we will learn what implicit bias is and review the science behind it. We will also discuss how our implicit biases can manifest themselves through microaggressions and microinsults and ultimately cause serious damages to our relationships and organizations.&nbsp
