DESCRIPTION:Rutland Young Professionals and Castleton University&rsquos Master of Business Administration program are co-hosting Managing in the Pandemic, a virtual panel discussion focused on professional development during COVID-19.
 In this panel discussion, we&rsquoll hear from four Rutland Young Professionals who have been working through the pandemic. They will discuss their personal experiences in their professional lives during COVID-19, how the pandemic has impacted their business, and will offer advice for other young professionals wondering what&rsquos next for them. There will also be a question and answer period.
