Leah Kareti is an independent consultant who manages athletics-related special projects for higher education clients, including program development, professional development, and infrastructure building. Prior to the consulting role, Kareti spent more than 10 years at the NCAA national office with responsibilities including serving as director of Division III Governance and leading the Division III legislative and interpretive team in Membership Services (currently Academic and Membership Affairs). Kareti has a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University where she was a track and cross country student-athlete, and an MBA from Indiana University.
