Castleton University delivers its Nursing program at both its main campus in Castleton, VT, and its Bennington, VT, campus. Both locations offer courses taught by Castleton’s expert faculty and provide simulation labs for students to supplement their learning through scheduled time for guided practice with faculty and unscheduled time for individual or group practice of procedures, skills, and nursing activities.
Castleton offers a four-year traditional track, a three-year accelerated track, and a two-year online RN-BS completion track.
Many of our clinical affiliates offer tuition assistance for students who agree to work for them as an RN after graduation. Vermont anticipates a vast nursing shortage over the next decade which increases the potential for career choices for a Castleton nursing graduate.
The baccalaureate degree in Nursing program at Castleton University is approved by the Vermont Board of Nursing and accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.
