Castleton University will deliver the summer session 2021 online, allowing students to continue their studies from wherever they are spending their summer.
Castleton's summer session courses run in an accelerated format, ranging from three to eight weeks. Summer Session One runs from May 17 to June 27, and Session Two is from July 5 to Aug. 15.
Castleton is offering a special tuition rate for undergraduate Summer 2021 courses of $350 per credit (plus a $37 per credit tech resource fee), which reflects a 27% reduction (excluding courses in the Nursing program*).
Current students can register for courses online through the student portal. We also welcome students who are attending other colleges and universities and nonmatriculated students to take part in our summer session. Visit the Summer Session registration page to register for a summer course.
"We want to make it as easy as possible for our students to continue their studies over the summer. Offering our summer courses online helps ensure our students can continue their academic progress and continue on their path to graduation," said Maurice Ouimet, Dean of Enrollment.
On-campus housing will not be available to students this summer due to the uncertainty of restrictions that may remain in place as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
