Castleton Bank Gallery
The Castleton Bank Gallery in Rutland will feature the works of local artist Angelo Arnold running from January 22 through February 15, with an artist reception scheduled for Friday, February 16 at 6 p.m.
Entitled “Displaced” the exhibit will feature a variety of works. As a sculptor working primarily in anthropomorphic, furniture-inspired art, Arnold’s exhibit looks to explore the struggles within the current socio and economical hierarchy towards humanity.
The Castleton Bank Gallery is located on the corner of Center Street in Rutland and is open Thursday through Saturday with hours of operation from 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.

ABOUT ANGELO ARNOLD
Angelo Arnold is a professional artist, a visiting lecturer and critic, and a Specialist Instructor at Norwich University in Northfield, VT, with an MFA in Studio Arts and Sculpture from Ohio State University. Arnold has shown his work across Vermont, Ohio, Maryland and Louisiana, as well as in national and international juried exhibitions and collections. He is also a recipient of several professional development, equipment and travel grants, including an Artist Resource Trust Grant, along with Full Fellowships and Crafts Award for his sculptures.
