A Teacher's Journey to Kazakhstan: Teaching and Learning in Central Asia. Dr. Monica McEnerny, an Education Professor and current Chair of the Education Department, will share her experience teaching teachers at KIMEP University in Almaty, Kazakhstan this past summer.  In an hour long, informal, storytelling session, she will present photos and provide context surrounding her adventures as a Fulbright Specialist living and working in Central Asia.  This event will be of particular interest to students and faculty who wish to gain a more global perspective of education or who may be considering a study abroad or Fulbright experience.
