The Community Engagement Fair is for local and national community organizations to introduce students and faculty to a variety of meaningful service opportunities. More than 30 organizations will participate in this fair. These organizations address a range of issues, including(but not limited to): homelessness/food, the environment, advocacy, health, substance/drug abuse and education.
The fair will offer students and other members of the University community a chance to find existing opportunities to volunteer. In addition, the fair provides faculty developing service-learning courses and civic engagement courses, an opportunity to explore forming partnerships with these organizations.
