Diversity, Intersectionality, and Alumni Status
Castleton alumna Ashlee Brady-Kelly '18 reflects on diversity, inclusion, and how her time at Castleton shaped her as a person.
Brady-Kelly is a queer, biracial, disabled woman. She was influenced by many things at Castleton, but especially by her internship with Amy Bremel as the CHANGE coordinator. She now works with teenage girls who are in DCF custody, having been removed from their homes as a direct result of abuse, drug use, and neglect.
