This online course is a comprehensive study and reflection on personal health and wellness with an emphasis on mental and emotional health, stress management, physical activity, healthy aging, personal safety, and consumer health.
Audience: This course is for educators, with a Bachelor’s Degree, pursuing health endorsements, current health teachers, counselors, school nurses, and anyone interested in reflecting on their own personal health and wellness.
To prepare anyone interested to demonstrate an understanding of personal health topics and be able to apply this knowledge to their own state of health as well as to the classroom/personal life.
