Parents and families are integral members of our Castleton University community. We know that you play an important role in our students’ success and your support, guidance, and encouragement are instrumental to their personal and professional growth. The path to graduation can be just as challenging for families as it is for students, which is why we’re committed to connecting you with the resources you need as part of our Castleton family.
Resources for First-Year Students' Families During COVID-19
Homecoming and Family Weekend
Each fall, Castleton University invites you back to campus to spend time with your student during our Homecoming & Family Weekend. This weekend includes athletics events, arts and theater performances, a family fun zone, food trucks, and more.
Interact with Other Castleton Parents and Family Members
We have created two closed Facebook Groups to connect parents and family members of incoming and current students. This provides opportunities for parents and family members to get to know one another, share their experiences, and to learn more about what is happening on campus. These groups are facilitated by various staff members from across many departments at Castleton who serve as an additional resource and can answer your questions.
Parent and Family Resources
We have compiled a selection of resources for families, including how to access financial and registration services, information on financial aid and scholarships, and opportunities for visiting campus.
