For students looking to complete their degree or make a change in their higher education experience, Castleton University offers a quality educational environment with a tight-knit community feel, allowing you to achieve your educational goals no matter where you are in the process.
If you have college credit following high school graduation, or after receiving a GED, you are considered a transfer student. With this, students who have attended Castleton in the past are considered transfer students applying for readmission. We welcome many transfer students, including returning Spartans!
At Castleton, we welcome transfer students in both the fall and spring semesters on a rolling basis. Our admissions team is here to help you through the process of admission, credit transfer, scholarship and financial aid, and more. We aspire for you to experience a seamless transition.
We offer an easily accessible admissions checklist to keep you on track and up to date as you move through the admissions process. Generous scholarships are determined upon review of your application and awarded on acceptance, and a detailed transfer credit evaluation becomes available to you soon after.
