For International Students

We are pleased that you are interested in Castleton University. Accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, the University is situated on 165 acres in the quaint village of Castleton, VT. With just over 2,000 students, Castleton is large enough to provide many opportunities in and out of the classroom, yet small enough to be a caring community.

We welcome students from around the world to experience Castleton's academically challenging, safe, and personal environment where our faculty and staff will give you the opportunity to study and thrive in one of the most beautiful spots in the United States.

There are 41 countries represented on campus. These countries are: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Benin, Bermuda, Bhutan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Brazil, Burundi, Canada, China, Croatia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Dominican Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Ghana, India, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Nepal, New Zealand, Nigeria, Peru, the Philippines, Rwanda, Somalia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Tanzania, Turkey, United Kingdom, Venezuela and Zimbabwe.
